Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline or
equivalent expertise
Generally a minimum 7 to 10 years demonstrated experience as it pertains to
the STA job description
Strong knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies
Strong knowledge of the development and production support processes
Strong knowledge of quality practices and testing tools
Strong knowledge of quality process creation, implementation, and testing
tools
Strong knowledge of business functions and business operations
Strong knowledge of different types of testing, focus areas, and testing
implementations
Strong Knowledge of automated testing tools
Strong knowledge of HP Quality Center
General knowledge of HR processes
General knowledge of Peoplesoft and Payroll required
Knowledge of IT architectures and technical standards
Excellent negotiation skills; oral and written communication skills
