The BA will need to understand the compliance and certification processes, document them, look at the existing tools (electronic Test automation tool, Product Approvals Status, Declaration of Conformity Generator, Standards database, Country Requirements database, Test reports database), identify the areas of the integration for the tools, work with the Business SMEs to identify the business requirements for the re-architecture and integration of all the tools, work with IT to relay the requirements, come up with the UAT cases, perform the UATs, post-rollout support. c.
