*1. Business Analyst: San Jose * a. compliance (regulatory product compliance) workflow management tool. b. The process has been documented and the gaps identified. c. The analyst will need to figure out whether the existing tool Saleseforce.com <http://saleseforce.com/> could be adopted for that process, or suggest any other tool. d. Then document the requirements and pass them to IT, work closely with IT to implement the requirements, write usability cases, execute user acceptance testing, work on the training materials for the business and stay for the post project assessment. e. Since multiple business functions are involved, the BA will need to make sure all the business functions involved are on-board with the proposed solution. *2. Business Analyst:* a. Tools re-architecture Project b. The BA will need to understand the compliance and certification processes, document them, look at the existing tools (electronic Test automation tool, Product Approvals Status, Declaration of Conformity Generator, Standards database, Country Requirements database, Test reports database), identify the areas of the integration for the tools, work with the Business SMEs to identify the business requirements for the re-architecture and integration of all the tools, work with IT to relay the requirements, come up with the UAT cases, perform the UATs, post-rollout support. c.
