*Job Description:*

As a member of the Information Security Monitoring Group, you will be
responsible for the review and evaluation of security-related events, as
well as performing detailed analysis of trends, volumes, and other
high-level metrics.

The position is required to perform work with a high level of accountability
and confidentiality; however this position shoulders a core responsibility
for completing work and tasks as assigned in a timely manner.

Effectively learning and utilizing information security tools to perform
vulnerability analysis; reporting, monitoring, and incident response
analysis; risk analysis, and risk mitigation; ensuring standards are met and
maintained through the monitoring of automated and/or manual tools and
related reporting; Working to ensure that security procedures are
implemented and enforced.



Being a self starter but also accepting assignments and direction from the
Manager or Principal Security Engineer(s) on matters relating to Policy and
Documentation Authoring, Threat & Vulnerability Analysis, Security Events
Monitoring, Incident Response; cross-training with department team members.



Strong written and verbal skills are required.

*Position Description: * Experience Level: Combination of education & work
exp equivalent to a Bachelor's degree with 10+ yrs exp in specified technical
area. Description: Acts in a strategic role in the development and
maintenance of architectures for a line of business or infrastructure
sub-domain that are in compliance with the Enterprise Architecture.
 Responsible for working on medium to high architectural impact projects,
recommending exceptions to the Enterprise Architecture for high level
projects, reviewing and approving medium architectural impact designs,
communicating the Enterprise Architecture strategy and direction to both
management and systems related teams within their line of business or
infrastructure sub-domain (organizational unit) and directing implementation
of the architecture for their organizational unit.  Serves as the
highest-level technical consultant to internal clients and technical
management to ensure conformity with Enterprise Architecture, having
expertise across a broad portion of the organizational unit's architecture,
or in-depth expertise within a more specific portion of the architecture.

*Microsoft Dynamics CRM system** architect position.  5+ years experience
with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a technical capacity.

This position will work with both the business and technical subject matter
experts in developing the SAP solution that will be rolled out throughout
Americas . Responsibilities include translating business requirements, rules
and processes into SAP solutions.

-Experienced in working with application development analysts, in order to
ensure accurate translation of business requirements into IT technical
solution specifications.

-Able to develop rigorous business user acceptance testing scenarios and test
scripts, ensuring traceability to approved business requirements, and
facilitates User Acceptance Testing.

-Coordinates with key users and with second and third level technical
support to provide problem resolution and implementation of configuration
changes and enhancements to SAP.

-Able to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements in order to
identify alternative solutions to a business need.

-Leads the development of user documentation, and training materials.

-Able to recognize opportunities to initiate improvements to the overall
enterprise.

-Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build
collaborative relationships across multiple cross-functional, and
geographically dispersed business and IT support teams.

-Anticipates the impact and communicates the benefits of change.

-Serves as a liaison between the business and IT, providing consulting and
advisory support on technology issues.

-Advocates and drives knowledge transfer and collaboration within the
enterprise; documents and shares best practices, templates and other work
products.

Project Management:

-Possesses a good understanding of IT project management principles, tools
and methodologies.

-Able to establish WBS-based project plans, identify milestones, resource
requirements, critical path dependencies and deliverables using Microsoft
Project.

-Experienced in providing direction and leading cross-functional work teams
without a direct reporting relationship.

-Manages and delivers projects on time, on budget, and meeting or exceeding
quality expectations.

-Conducts project or major work activity look-backs, and incorporate lessons
learned.

-Creates budgets and manages costs for projects including tracking of
actuals, and accruals for operating and capital costs.
