Do you have a PM/BA with an Accenture or Management consulting?
We are looking for a hybrid BA/PM. Basically, a BA that can be/has been a
PM before. They must know SDLC solidly by
answering inputs and outputs(deliverables) for each phase. They must know
the primary documents used/created in each phase. Also, as a BA they must
have solid understanding of the primary duties, functions, documents,
processes, of being a BA. IN other words they must be able to speak
specifically to having been fully involved in the creation and management
of those parts.
The candidate must be prepared to function both as a BA or PM for long
stretches, that is, one project may have them function as a BA for months,
and then be thrown into another project as the PM, to maybe even just
babysitting a projects.
Type A personality is a major plus. The easiest way I qualify this, if you
put this resource in a room they would be the most talkitive, inquistive,
and animated in the room.
