Understands technical and functional design requirements. 2. Design and develop advanced J2EE applications 3. Development and execution of cohesive test plans 4. Provide Production support on a rotating basis 5. Creates prototypes (mockups, screen flows, interactive models, etc.) 6. Identifies system ideficiencies and recommends solutions. 7. Strong written and verbal communications Skills Required: 1. Experience using J2EE and ATD Frameworks and Services 2. Strong technical skills in Java, HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services, Oracle, and WebLogic 3. Strong working knowledge of J2EE patterns, object oriented analysis, and USDM 4. Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task 5. Strong problem solving, project planning, systems analysis, teamwork, and organizational skills. 6. Self-starter with a high degree of motivation. 7. 5+ years demonstrable and progressive software development (J2EE) 8. 5+ yrs of overall IT experience in financial business applications Experience Required: 1. 5+ yrs of experience with J2SE, J2EE, JavaScript and HTML 2. 5+ yrs of experience with Weblogic / Websphere 3. 5+ yrs of experience in UML 4. 5+ yrs. of experience with Object Oriented Analysis and design concepts 5. Strong experience with JavaScript, CSS, XML, FLASH and HTML 6. Website development and management 7. Experience working with cross-functional teams Experience Preferred: 1. Experience with Ford Credit F&A Frameworks and Services 2. Design of a successful mobile consumer product required.
