Business Analyst
Location: Oak brook, IL
Duration: 6-12 Months
Rate: $40/hr
NEED TO BE SEMI LOCAL AND GOOD COMM SKILLS.
Looking for candidates with Oracle iProcurement experience to support
SpendSmart team
Support MBS Enhancement Process: Work closely with business users to clarify
enhancement requests.
Create detailed documentation, screen shots, etc.
Work with SharePoint documents to track requests.
Support MBS project team as needed during enhancement projects.
Attend status meetings to determine where IT support team is in terms of
priority for break-fix and enhancement requests.
Work with business users to create technical and functional specs.
Set Service Level Agreements and report on status of Service Levels.
Escalate systems issues or break/fixes that require immediate attention.
Be an expert on processing schedules, and a resource that business users can
go to understand where to get data.
Work with business users and IT groups to resolve reporting or processing
issues.
As a SpendSmart expert, provide level-2 support when tickets are escalated
from the Help Desk.
Combines expert knowledge of SpendSmart technology areas with knowledge of
the targeted business function to define and document the business
requirements.
Other responsibilities as needed by SpendSmart area.
