Ø System Administrator with InfoSphere MDM server 9.0.1 support
experience
Ø Heavy hands-on, most likely 2-3 people working normal schedule plus
on standby in shifts for 24x7 support – life with pager
Ø Tier 2 production support experience
Ø Contribution to best practices is expected (so ITIL may be a plus)
Ø Plus: (nice to have, almost must) – administration and
troubleshooting – person will interact with many subsystems like below)
Ø AIX hands-on experience (high-availability is a plus)
Ø Websphere is a cluster mode
Ø DB2 UDB (possible clustered)
Ø DataStage and possibly Ab Initio (because Medco has one, not really
used in MDM right now)
Ø Front-end involved (some understanding is a huge plus):
Ø Pega
Ø Data Power (XML engine)
