Short Term Contract Need:
Strong Expertise with SAP MM
Work with the business resources and development teams to define data
requirements, mapping, configuration issues, plan and perform testing
activities and test modules and then manage and support defect resolution
during testing and production. Must have 5+ years minimum experience in SAP
MM configuration and programming.
*Position Accountabilities *
- Position will initially be responsible for working with the Functional
Team responsible for MM and WM configuration, WRICEF functional
Specifications, testing and deployment.
- Assures accurate analysis and development of SAP MM/WM processes in
support of configuration, verification of requirements, learning the SAP
IS-AFS model.
- Assures accurate analysis and design of SAP MM, WM, related SAP and
Legacy integration systems that meet specifications and requirements of
projects and overall business needs
- Assures accurate implementation of applications and systems to support
the environment that will provide up-to-date information to all areas and
levels of the company.
- Assures timely completion of all assigned IS projects within the
project expectations

*Position Essential Functions *
- Ability to configure requirements from business resources to the
SAP-AFS to the SAP configuration and data model
- Ability to learn and leverage the SAP AFS and CIBER Quickwear solution
- Ability to determine the business needs of application users and map to
a process design document (flows and definitions)
- Ability to design, configure and troubleshoot SAP MM objects
- Ability to design and test interfaces to SAP MM
- Ability to plan and execute Unit test, Integration tests and User
Acceptance test
- Ability to plan and execute SAP cutover tasks
- Ability to analyze potential gaps and recommend configuration and
non-configuration solutions
- Ability to design and test workflows, interfaces, enhancements, forms
and reports to meet user requirements
- Ability and experience analyzing enterprise software and make
recommendations on best course of action
- Support data conversion activities
- Must speak English well

*Job Experience: *
- 5+ years minimum experience in SAP MM configuration and programming:
- SAP MM – Purchasing
- SAP MM - Vendor and Material Master data
- SAP MM – Source Lists / Pricing configuration
- SAP MM – MRP
- SAP WM Warehouse Processing (inbound/outbound/inventory)
- SAP MM – AFS industry solution (optional - preferred)
- 3+ years minimum experience as a configuration analyst during an
initial SAP implementation, to include maintenance and support
post-implementation
- Experience with the following configuration: Purchasing order types,
movement types, purchasing, vendors, pricing, receipt processing, invoice
processing/3 way match, sourcing, copy control, organizational hierarchies
and material configuration as well as, potential IS-AFS specific
configuration. Potential integration to SRM
- Data Conversion support (WRICEF or BOA Tools)
- Functional Specification development (WRICEF)
- Business process procedure development (BPP)
- Business Process Requirement development (BPR)
- SAP IS Apparel Footwear Solution (AFS) (optional - preferred)
- SQL Server Environment (optional)
- SAP BI / BW Exposure
- Willingness to mentor junior staff
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Well-organized and able to prioritize and coordinate simultaneous tasks
and projects while addressing customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management experience helpful but not required

Familiar with complex system languages and application development
