Ability to work with the Microsoft team and client team to efficiently and effectively envision, plan, build – stabilize – and deploy an FIM solution. Experience with ADFS to support federation across the organization. Ability to work with Architect(s) to collaborate on architecture/design and perform the hands-on implementation while providing knowledge transfer to the Nebraska IT team. Must have highly effective communication skills to ensure the project team and business users are all moving together to achieve a common objectives. Must be able to design and implement workflows and Management Rules.
