HI Position : BUSINESS ANALYST WITH AUTO BACKGROUND Location : Woodcliff Lake, NJ Duration : Long Term
Function as Senior Business Analyst on CRM systems with the following responsibilities: · Project Management activities including weekly statuses; communication plan, budgets, change in scope, etc. · Author CRM implementation process materials for the team (including requirements documents, process models, test plans and scripts, communications and change management materials) · Work with vendors to certify and test systems integration · Work with the dealerships and corporate management to ensure the dealerships are fully utilizing CRM best practices, sales and marketing applications and reports. · Prepare charters for new projects/perform cost benefit analysis · Develop and track project benefits · Manage usability testing and work with the creative team to address design/user interface issues Analytical/Industry Skills · Strong Data Analysis to evaluate large amounts of data and identify trends, potential issues and areas of opportunity, then communicate it to the appropriate associates and managers · Strong business writing to generate clear, understandable requirements, specifications and documentation for systems and processes, reaching audiences of varied educational backgrounds in a clear and understandable way · Project Management, including the coordination of efforts by multiple teams and stakeholders · Manage project risks and issues. Work with external CRM Vendor peers and clients to resolve issues per project timelines while using tools for analyzing, classifying problems, and working with team resources to address and resolve issues. · Extensive experience working with and managing BOTH creative team and technical teams · Extensive knowledge of the phases related to web development · Strong methodology skills: developing use cases, and sequence diagramsfor communicating back to a business and technical audience · Automotive CRM experience Technical Skills · Extremely high competency using Microsoft Office, specifically the advanced features of MS Excel, MS Project, MS Access and MS Visio · Training and experience in usability principles for report interface design and web-based content · Solid background in SQL query language in order to develop tools supporting data and process analysis · Working knowledge of Oracle and DB2 databases. · Knowledge of enterprise application systems and web technologies, such as XML/WebSerivces, though programming experience is not required but is helpful · Develop test plans and help others to test the system documenting the results. Investigate and resolve test problems, coordinating the activities of others as required. Experience with web application architecture and design, which helps in determining optimal CRM tools and solutions and resolve challenges with CRM system and data integration · Act as the project manager for specific system implementations, but interact extensively with a distributed team developing and managing to a project plan.
