- Experienced in Silverlight (preferred) and WPF xaml coding of *UI
front-end*: *this includes both the coding of interaction behaviors and
the modification of the standard xaml look & feel to match the visual design
specifications (e.g., editing/creating xaml templates and styles, creating
resources libraries, creating custom controls and animations).*
- Comfortable working in MS Expression Blend, SketchFlow, and Visual
Studio.
- Web development experience a plus.
- *Description*
The UI developer will work in close collaboration with interaction and
visual designers, in order to implement in xaml (Silverlight/WPF) their
vision of the user experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate
experience in *front-end coding*, including interaction behavior and
creation/update of xaml code to match visual design as defined on company’s
style guide. Candidates are expected to provide work samples.
- * **Main responsibilities*
Code the UI in xaml, as specified by interaction and visual designers.
Deliver the coded UI to remote development team, who will then code the
business logic on the delivered UI code. During this process the candidate
is expected to work in close collaboration with on site designers and with
remote development team.
