* Must haves: *
- 8+ years’ experience with C# and the .Net Framework
- 5+ years of SQL development and design experience with SQL
Server, including performance optimization
- Deep knowledge of architecting systems that uses Win forms, Web
Services, Middle-tier
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement toolsets for
enterprise solutions
- Strong ability to debug and analyze complex problems
- Familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code
reviews, and other common development activities.
- Experience in n-tier architecture.
- Passion to drive quality.
* Plusses: *
- SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) application design/development
- Experience with CoreXT, MSBuild and build/deployment automation
- Experience with the MS internal security review process
- Total of 6+ years’ industry experience which should include
enough.
