BA will be required to create the business processes to develop mobile field application interfaces. Should have a telecommunication background. Minimum 8-10 years business analyst experience required. *Required Senior Business Analyst Skills: * This position requires working directly with the business users to understand how systems are used and identify the enhancements that will provide the greatest benefit to the business. BA will be working extensively with business users, programmers, and QAs. Both working as a team member and/or working without structure are essential for success. BA will conduct business systems analysis and design, data modeling, process flow modeling, and process re-engineering and participate in the design of new systems that support business processes. BA will document system enhancements and changes with a particular emphasis on developing detailed Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents. BA will communicate with clients and co-workers via oral and written communications including presentations regarding recent implementations. Must be able to work as a member of a cross-functional team and work independently when necessary *Technical Skills/Knowledge:* Applications will be created in Web Surfaces technology. Knowledge of Microsoft Surfaces would be helpful. Business Analyst must have excellent knowledge of software development methodology and experience with creating business process requirements. BA must have an understanding of data structures and SQL for reporting and data access.
