The incumbent will have experience writing a broad range of technical information for both hardware and software including user, operator, and installation guides; online help systems; training documents; interface control documents, technical design descriptions, and test plans; as well as proposals and brochures. The candidate must be skilled in editing, using style guides, and developing templates, as well as having strong organizational and problem solving skills with an ability to work independently.
