We are currently having the following requirement .







This is for an infrastructure SharePoint support person, not a developer.
Someone to assist with supporting our SharePoint servers.

The SharePoint Support person is responsible for assisting with day to day
resolution of problem tickets related to the SharePoint infrastructure. They
will also assist with troubleshooting problems and assist with day to day
maintenance of the SharePoint infrastructure.
This role also assists with documentation as needed.

Required Skills:

Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and related
technologies.



Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft SQL Server
Familiarity with writing scripts
Active Directory
Remedy (or other ticket tracking software)
Lotus Notes



Responsible for infrastructure support and maintenance of Microsoft
SharePoint, used for internal and external collaboration.



Responding to trouble tickets submitted via our Remedy ticketing system.
Provides third level support in resolving SharePoint related problems for
all levels of end users. May also help troubleshoot identified problems
related to SharePoint and help document our systems.
