Job: Sun IAM (Identity & Access Management) Location: Dallas, Texas Duration: 12 Months * * *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* This position is responsible for the development and implementation of technology solutions for Identity & Access Management (IAM). The successful candidate will be supporting the automation of business processes to provision a wide variety of user entitlements/assets, enabling Single Sign On to candidate applications, and extending the capabilities of automated provisioning of computer resources. Compliance with formal project management methodology to assess risk and to plan both the timelines and the resources required to deliver these solutions is needed. Coordination of multiple parties to gather requirements and assist in the choice of appropriate technology to be used; including purchased software or service solutions, develop the solution, test it, and implement it on time, within budget, in compliance, and with high quality while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues, regular status reports, and ongoing communication is involved. Will provide work direction for other individuals as needed to produce required results. These individuals may be other employees, contracted service providers, or suppliers of products or services and may not be located in Fort Worth. Ensure ongoing availability of these solutions through 7 x 24 second-level technical support. This support is occasionally required on evenings, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal Monday through Friday work hours. Maintain and enhance leadership, teamwork, communication, and professional technical skills through informal, formal, and on-the-job training.
