This support includes production incident triage/solution, business customer analysis, and proactive monitoring of end-to-end application processing. Skills Required: 5+ years of progressive responsibilities in IT including: 1. Extensive experience working with Oracle databases, PL-SQL, UNIX. 2. Extensive experience with accounts receivable, billing and project control/asset management software. 3. Experience using software development methodology and change management tools. 4. Experience with functional, integration, system testing including writing test scripts and test cases 5. Experience using Microsoft Office products 6. Experience with data/file transfer using FTP, EDI or BDT 7. Ability to work independently as well as in with cross-functional teams 8. Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience Preferred: 1. Team lead experience in directing technical staff in solution build, testing and implementation processes 2. Project management experience. Education Required: 1. B.S.
