The experience includes IBM mainframe operating system products: ISPF, TSO, JCL, SDSF. DFSMS, SMF, z/OS/MVS and JES2. *Responsibilities:* . Plan configuration changes and upgrades . Maintain optimal performance of the mainframe environment . Install operating product upgrades for existing and new software products . Maintenance installation of IBM PTF's and APAR's . Install emergency PTF's/APAR's . Provide on-site coverage for the monthly IPL's and emergency IPL's . Respond to inquiries and assist with problem determination and resolution .
