Candidates must have a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
Role: Master Black Belt
Location: Cranston, RI
Durations : 4 months
Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:
Identify and deliver sustainable improvements in Cost, Quality and Delivery
across a wide range of manufacturing and transactional processes using the
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)
methodology.
Assure that LSS projects are delivered in a timely, cost-effective manner
and are aligned with tactical and / or strategic business priorities.
Build hierarchal operational performance metrics that are visual /
interactive in nature, highlight statistical process variation and logically
roll-up to management dashboards.
Build and maintain effective relationships with operational supervisors and
managers to develop a portfolio of project opportunities, secure business
sponsorship of prioritized projects and ownership of the recommended
solutions.
Bachelor of Science Degree
5 years+ experience in high-volume manufacturing environment
5 years+ experience in financial services and / or other transactional
processing environment
Black Belt (LSS) Certification
Track record of successful LSS DMAIC projects, Kaizen events and Work-Out
activity
In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite, Minitab and relational databases
Demonstrated experience in project management
Business Process Management (BPM) experience preferable, Pegasystems
experience ideal
Technical Knowledge: MS Office; MS Project; Black Belt certification
required
People Management: Provide technical support and coaching to team members
Strong command of English Language
