You have project management experience of at least 5 to 8 years in Retail, Supply Chain or Logistics, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry. Your consulting expertise and knowledge of the domain is excellent, and you have above average planning, communication and presentation skills. You are experienced at communicating with and managing CxO level stakeholders. Role & Responsibilities - Co-ordinating the program’s portfolio of projects on a day to day basis on behalf of senior management, to ensure maximum efficiency in the allocation of common resources and skills - Taking responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of multiple projects, actively participating in all phases of the project, identifying, assessing and managing risks. - Monitoring costs, timescales and resources used and taking action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensuring that delivered systems are implemented within these criteria. - Development of service opportunities within client business - Leading the project team; allocating and monitoring tasks, motivating staff and appraising individual performance.
