Automate and simplify the genomic analysis and data management lifecycle The candidate must have genomics domain experience. Required/Desired Skills & Experience: "3+ years experience with UNIX is required "3+ years experience with Shell Scripting and Perl is required "3+ years experience with Java is required "2+ years experience with clustered environments is desirable.
