Siebel CRM Requirement analysis and Fit gap analysis
2
Partners with the business to understand business processes, data
requirements and how the data flows through the systems.

Documents business processes, requirements and test use cases as they relate
to the sales, order management and service processes
4
Advises business on Siebel 8.x system configuration options and solutions
articulating pro's and con's of scenarios.
5
Document functional designs and business process maps in visio.
