Senior Technical Web Analyst § This person needs to be an expert in WebTrends admin and implementation § Manager will be conducting phone screens first then in person. Primary Responsibilities and Related Duties: § Evaluate business goals and objectives from multiple business teams and develop tracking/tagging strategies to allow individuals and teams to measure success. § Work with development to implement tracking/tagging code and mechanisms. Perform quality assurance test on tracking implementations. Build, update and deliver weekly and monthly reports, scorecards/dashboards and key performance reports (using Excel and BI tools). § Manage the building, reporting and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests. Build automated Dashboards and Scorecards for various business stakeholders. Support ad-hoc analytics requests from different business stakeholders - including editorial, site design, product development, business development, marketing and advertising sales. § Ability to process large quantity of web traffic dataand extract relevant, actionable insights. § Provide in-depth analysis of site performance and customer experience using various data sources. § Manage and fulfill user administration and report development for 150+ users globally. § Well versed in tracking implementation for video and mobile websites/apps. Support Reuters global consumer media businesses, which includes teams in US, UK , Japan , China , India , Africa, Germany and Italy .
