Fix incase of any issues. 2) Perform Regular backup audits and Report to internal & External Customers. 3) Being able to perform recovery (point in time / transactional ) depending on the requirements. 4) Perform yearly SOX recovery tests for all the SOX Tier 1 Databases. *Performance Tuning:* 1) Provide proactive & Reactive tuning support primarily for the infrastructure issues. 2) Work with the customers in interms of providing the dashboards / metrics over the performance calls. 3) Be able to use all the internal tools that Sybase and SQL server provide for performing the performance analysis on the database.
