We have a urgent requirement for *QA Lead at Troy, MI. *Kindly go through the requirement and let me know with your best consultant for this position. *DO REPLY ME AT: [email protected] * * * *Title: QA Lead* *Duration: 6 Months* *Location: Troy, MI* *Technology:** * · Expert knowledge in HP Test Tools: Quality Center, LoadRunner / Performance Center and QTP. · Strong database knowledge in *Oracle and/or SQL Server.* · Working experience in *SQL, XML.* · Working experience in *Java, VB* and other languages. · Experience in w*eb-based software development desired* · Familiar with a variety of *software test concepts, practices, and procedures.* *Time Spent:* *Major Duties and Responsibilities:* 30% · Non-functional test solution delivery and its implementation for the program / project. 30% · Manage and mentor team members on tools, processes, standards, methodologies and frameworks. 10% · Communication, escalation, status and reporting / metrics. 15% · SME on the program / project for non-functional testing services and test tools. 10% · Ensure adherence to TCoE standards. 5% · Work with the Test Manager to set the expectations and direction from a strategic and planning perspective.
