*Job Title : QA Lead with MM module in SAP* *Location : Columbus, Ohio* *Duration : 6+ Months Contract* Minimum Requirements: QC Analyst. We have a need for a QC Analyst for a contract role with our client in Columbus, OH. This person will lead testing for the Plan to Stock (PTS) process area for a client project. The successful candidate will have in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in the Testing job family. He or she will also work independently with minimal guidance, should be comfortable working in a Offshore/ Onshore model, and will prioritize and monitor the work for Offshore test team. Other responsibilities: • Collaborates with internal/external customers to develop a culturally sensitive plan for achieving objectives in a specific area. • Supports the implementation process, leading and/or aligning the efforts of involved parties; forges strong partnerships with appropriate constituencies. • Knowledge of MM module in SAP is required. • Identifies solutions to non-standard customer requests and shares key learning's with others. • Reviews/ creates test scripts for the PTS team. Works independently with minimal guidance. • Develops or adapts new innovative solutions to complete work for job family; consciously balancing the risk and reward trade-off to achieve operational excellence. • Coordinates the testing activities for the PTS team. • Encourages others through own enthusiasm. • Adheres to client’s high ethical standards and code of conduct. • Consistently delivers, on time and on budget on individual, project and organization goals/commitments, despite obstacles or uncertainty. • Promotes teamwork and open discussion of issues across functions/businesses, coaches and guides others, openly valuing and encouraging individuals with different thoughts and beliefs. • Effectively listens to and explains difficult issues; works to establish consensus and alignment among team members. • Very good oral and written communication to the onshore and offshore team.
