Knowledge of Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM). 4. Experience with T-SQL and the SQL language in general. 5. Experience with administration and configuration of SQL Server 2005 and some knowledge of SQL Server 2008 desired. 6. Experience with SQL Server Log Shipping 7. Some experience with Windows Clustered server environments. 8. Knowledge of Windows security 9. Knowledge of Active Directory concepts 10. General understanding of database replication and heterogeneous data access concepts. 11. Working knowledge of networks and ability to resolve network connectivity issues. 12. Understanding of testing theory and ability to make recommendations to improve testing process 13. Broad working knowledge of CUSTOMER Project Methodology development and implementation steps. 14. Broad understanding of CUSTOMER's technical framework, standards and guidelines. 15. Broad understanding of the hardware and software in use at CUSTOMER. 16. Proven ability and experience leading others in a technical environment (Desired) 17. Proven ability and experience improving work processes and team dynamics (Desired) 18. Proven ability negotiating mutually acceptable solutions to all levels of customers and business partners.
