*Length: 1 YEAR* *Rate; Open/'hr* Sr. Oracle Project Engineer / Architect (Project Manager) MUST BE ABLE TO START WORK 11.15.2010 Experience Summary: * Experience with managing an end-to-end SOA lifecycle from SOA architecture design, governance modeling & design, development, testing, SOA adoption & CM and Support. * Extensive experience in consulting within the Oracle Fusion MW Environment * Extensive experience in Project & Program Management for large SOA-based transformational programs * Core Application Skill set include: Product Management, Customer Management, Order Management, Supply Chain Management, Revenue Management * Oracle experience: Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Application Integration Architecture, Oracle Service Bus (ESB), Oracle 11i, Oracle Applications Performance Tuning * Experience with all phases of design, development, implementation, extension and customization of Oracle MW and custom database development Job Responsibilities: * Create and maintain program and project level plans * Provide thought leadership from a SOA Governance, Design & best practice perspective * Define schedule and sequencing of deliverables; Resource capacity planning; Provide support for estimating and budgeting; Status reporting Skills: * 5 + years of experience with Oracle SOA suites, Oracle Service Bus, XML and XSU * 5+ years of experience SOA architecture, governance, adoption and implementation * 13+ years experience in consulting within the Oracle Environment * 5+ years experience in Project Management * 13+ years experience in Oracle Database and Oracle tools (Sql, PL/Sql, Forms, Reports) * 5 years experience with Business Intelligence and Informatica * 15+ years engagement experience in Application Development, Data Conversion and Interface, Datawarehouse, Fit and Gap analysis, Business and Technical process Reengineering, Application Migration, Documentation and Training. * 15+ years experience in Oracle Applications including most recent experience in Oracle R1 * Core Application Skill set include: AP, AR, GL, OM, Inventory, OIC, Master Data Management and HR * Grading of relevant skills on a scale from 1-10 (with 10 being the highest) 1. Oracle SOA Suite – 10 2. Oracle Application Integration Architecture –10 3. Oracle Service Bus (ESB) - 10 4. Oracle 11i - 10 5. Oracle Applications Technical – 10 6.
