TECHNICAL LEAD Lead the project through development lifecycle as follows -. . Analysis - Participates in analysis to align requirements and equipment configurations with defined system specificationsDesign - Leads design activities to ensure design meets the functional and non-functional requirements and the intent is clear and understood. . Construction - Leads technical team through construction. Accountable for code review process to ensure quality standards are met. Works with technical COE as appropriate. . Testing - Accountable for technical activities and support in all phases of testing. Participates in test planning by reviewing technical scope of test plans and consulting on test cases as appropriate. Ensures testing environment is available. Supports functional and non-functional testing. . Implementation - Leads technical implementation planning, execution and technical verification. . Transition - Collaborates with EAM to transition project to support. Partner with BTT, Solution Architecture, Infrastructure and other partners to: . Participates in Architecture Design Review Board (ADRB).& DRB . Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met. . Provide consulting using domain knowledge. Identifies, escalates, drives to resolution and communicates status on issues to project stakeholders . This includes issues which impact project delivery, technical design challenges and issues which impact stability. . Pulls appropriate teams together to solve technical challenges. This person must be able to comply with TSD requirements and provide these deliverables while providing leadership to ensure the design, development, test and implementation meets project and Target requirements.
