*NEED 2 PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES FROM THEIR PROJECTS.* DURATION: 6 MONTHS Location: Jersey City, NJ Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups. Skill set required for this position are - - Min. 2-3 years of experience in a BA role in Fixed Income domain. Must have STRONG Fixed Income Product knowledge - Exp with Munis, OTC Derivatives, Original Face vs Current Face. - Work with Front Office (Portfolio Managers and Traders) - Basic Oracle SQL writing capability - Should be able reconcile and analyze data between different systems - Experience on Capstone or Latent Zero product (Minerva, Sentinel or Tesseract) is desired - Translate business requirements to functional/technical specification documents - Work with dev team during design and dev phase - Test changes and work with Dev to fix bugs - Work with QA team during QA test cycles/ regression testing - Good interpersonal skills - Good communication skills - Quick learner The Sentinel business analyst will work with Guidelines team and Risk Management teams globally to gather requirements on Sentinel project. She/He'll work as a liason between the users and development team. Will translate the business requirements and work with development team to build and test the functionality. She/He'll also work with the QA team to regression test and over see the change deployment into Production.
