In Person May be Required *Location: Columbus, Ohio* *Duration: 4 – 6 Months with Possible extension* Rate Cap: $Open Per Hour All Inclusive* * *Identity Management Consultant* * * * * *We are seeking a very senior Identity Management Senior Consultant who has technical expertise in Identity Management including CA’s Identity Manager to be the key driver for a large identity and access management project. This Identity Management Senior Consultant will assist with a CA SiteMinder Deployment for internal applications. This Identity Management Senior Consultant role is NOT a project manager and there will be project managers assigned to the project. This role is the senior technical analyst who will own the solution from a lead technical perspective.* *We will consider both local and travelling consultants for this role. The requirements for the Identity Management Senior Consultant position are listed below:* *High-Level Requirements: • Solution Owner responsible for Identity Management project deliverables • Work with Peer Teams to design solutions • Supply work estimates for tasks • Work with Project Management and leadership to communicate status of tasks • Communicate with Project Management and leadership when unable to meet project deliverables or deadlines. • Good Communication Skills – Ability to take technical details and simplify for explanation with Project Management and Leadership. • Self-Motivated • Ability to Identify and Solve Problems to supply leadership with technical answers and options. • Prioritize Tasks Effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables. • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.* *Additional Skills: OS: Windows 2003 and above is a must.* *Database Experience: SQL experience is a plus.* *Application Experience: Experience with an Identity Management Solution (FIM, Oracle, TIM, etc.) is a must. Experience with single sign-on solutions and concepts (including federation) are a must. CA SiteMinder experience is a must. 1 to 2 years experience required.
