Write and modify Pacbase code as directed. 2. Write and run scans to assist in validating and implementing the work performed. 3. Assist in the resolution of all anomalies in processing and assist the business area in updating data conditions as directed. Write and run scans to assist in problem identification. 4. Perform the necessary data mapping, migration and validation work as assigned. Run mock conversions and scans to identify and count the exceptional conditions to the load. 5. Support the running of current production processing as assigned. Document exceptional conditions for potential processing enhancement. 6. Complete the development of reports as specified. 7. Support the modernization of the DLS through performance of the Pacbase development tasks as assigned. 8. Enhance screens and provide additional development efforts as directed. 9. Support resolution of any post-conversion/implementation issues as assigned. Mandatory Qualifications: 1. A minimum of eight (8) years of verifiable Information Technology (IT) programmer experience. 2. A minimum of five (5) years verifiable experience using Structured Query Language (SQL). 3. A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience utilizing Pacbase for relational systems on a Unisys OS/2200 or IBM mainframe system (preference will be given to candidates with Unisys OS/2200 experience). 4. A minimum of eighteen (18) months experience utilizing Pacbase within the past three (3) years. 5. A minimum of three (3) years verifiable experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment. The proposed resource(s) must demonstrate the following requirements in order to be eligible for further consideration: 1. Must have the ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. 2. Must have excellent oral and written skills and possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. 3. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. 4. Must have a strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and user requirements. 5. Must have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. 6.
