*Job Title : Software QA Analyst Location : Milwaukee,Wisconsin Duration : 2-3 Months Contract* Requirements: 5+ years experience as QA Analyst with in-depth DICOM software product testing. *UNIX / Linux systems *Command-line interface / tools *ssh, vi *xml *Scripting in Linux (shell scripting) and Windows (batch scripting) *Preferred experience with, and understanding of DICOM. *DICOM Associations (transfer syntax negotiation) *DICOM files / format *OFFIS DCMTK toolkit (desirable) *Experience with SQL. *Experience in testing distributed, integrated software systems that are internally developed in a fast-paced development environment. *Experience in developing, organizing, and executing test strategies, test plans and cases, and test data. *Experienced working independently and with reporting statuses regularly. *Experience in test effort estimation. *Strong understanding of configuration management from the test perspective. *Experience with automated test tools (preferably QF Test, Jython) *Ability to prioritize and multi-task is critical. *Ability to effectively work in a team environment with limited supervision. *Excellent written and oral skills. *Experienced communicating with project manager(s) and development team. *Ability to be flexible, detail-oriented, responsible, analytical and a problem solver. *Adherence to Quality Assurance standards. *Familiarity with CMMi or other relevant quality process models. *Basic programming skills desirable. Education *Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
