(Employee Self service / Manager Self Services). - Technically sound in SAP Portal Dev – WebDynpro for Java dev, Adobe Interactive forms dev, NWDI, NWDS hands on exp - Should have configured Universal Work list workflow & did custom dev on SAP Portal - Exposure to SAP ECC – HCM process is definitely an added advantage - Hands/Knowledge in contemporary Portal technologies and products, an added advantage - Good client facing skills, Communication skills, Team handling skills. Need to be an architect in SAP Portal in handling client expectation & do development as well. - 5-7 years experience in SAP Portal technology.
