Microsoft SCCM (SMS) technical support experience with advanced knowledge of server and client maintenance, troubleshooting, query writing, and application deployments. Windows XP technical support experience with advanced knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, GPOs, and operating system troubleshooting. Windows XP Active Directory technical support experience with advanced knowledge of OU structures, AD security, local and group policy, and various scripting languages including Visual Basic Scripting and batch. Technical experience with Microsoft SCCM 2007 OSD (Operating System Deployment) Experience configuring SCCM infrastructure (in lab and in production) to support OSD, in order to provide Software Distribution Team with tools they need for image creation and deployment Experience working in organizations using Change Management procedures is required Must have excellent technical and people skills Advanced knowledge in the following areas of SCCM Software deployments Creating and managing collections Creating, distributing, and troubleshooting packages Creating and managing advertisements Troubleshooting deployment issues SCCM Client Troubleshooting Creating and managing software metering rules Writing WQL query logic for query based collections Creating and managing SCCM Web Reports Experience in creating, updating and tuning SQL queries Experience with administrating WSUS Experience supporting various Windows desktop and server platforms (Windows XP/Vista/2003/2008) both x86 and x64 architectures Minimum 3 years work experience with SMS/SCCM administration with specialization in MDT integration, upgrades, and software deployments. Microsoft SCCM 2007 OSD (Operating System Deployment) technical experience is required. Windows XP /Vista / 7 technical support experience with advanced knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting. Windows 2000/XP Active Directory technical support experience with advanced knowledge of OU structures, AD security, local and group policy, and various scripting languages including Visual Basic Scripting Experience with Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 /2010 products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project, Internet Explorer 6.0 / 8.0, and VMWare. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPN, IPSec, and thin/thick/web application architectures. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 / 2008 and Windows 2003 / 2008 Server.
