Please find the below System Administrator with Network requirement
Length: 1+ year
Location: Chicago
Rate :$45/hr
Production Support Engineer requirement:
. Create application-level monitors for website and middle tier
services
. Respond to website sitescope alerts
. Respond to EWS warning alerts
. Monitor redbox vital statistics
. Monitor error patterns
. Monitor server logs for errors/exceptions
. Troubleshoot origin of errors, website, app servers, merchant
service, brokers, network, database. etc
. Troubleshoot prod environment to look at
o IIS configurations
o application configurations
o real time application/IIS logs
o file/directory permissions
o performance counters
. Troubleshoot errors/exceptions and communicate to dev-team/CX of
how to resolve them
. Troubleshoot 3rd party issues (google map, trailers, emails, SMS.
etc)
. Determine the level of impacts (kiosk search, title browse, web
user login, checkout, mobile. etc)
. Notify stakeholders about system status
. Assist with production deployments
