General Skillset: Ø 8-12 years of experience as a JAVA/J2EE senior developer; BS/MS in Computer Science/Mathematics preferred. Ø Experienced as a senior developer for at least 2 full life cycle projects (ground up development and not enhancements) that involved redefining of enterprise architecture using J2EE software Ø Has "hands-on" experience in developing middleware and back-end using Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, JMS, JNDI, Any rules engine product and WSDL Ø Has "hands-on" experience in developing SOA based solutions using ESB (Tibco JMS preferred) Ø Excellent knowledge of Design Patterns, UML, Object Oriented Analysis and Design Ø Excellent Knowledge in relational databases such as Oracle 10g and experience with Oracle Golden Gate, Hibernate and ORB tools a plus Ø Must be highly organized with excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation, and decision making skills.
