Oracle Applications Developer
I sent this position out last week but there have been a few changes. The
manager interviewed two of my candidates but they were not strong enough.
Please do not send straight Oracle Developers, candidates need to be Oracle
Applications Technical Consultants. Please send resume with rate and a
contact number. The manager will hire off of a phone interview.
Title: Oracle Applications Developer
Oracle Technical Consultant:
· Support production environment day-to-day activities
· Support Oracle implementation technical activities
· Develop technical solutions using PL/SQL, Unix scripting, Oracle
Developer (Forms & Reports) and other appropriate tools, such as XML, Oracle
workflow, Java, OA framework etc.
· Execute and/or participate in unit and integration testing of
developed solutions, as well as prepare migration instructions.
· Create and review production change requests
· Create and review detailed technical project plans
· Assist in delivering full project lifecycle for Oracle Application
Implementations and upgrades
· Review functional analysis and specifications in order to generate
technical designs
· Develop technical solutions and specifications
· Work with Application DBA’s on performance tuning
Position Requires:
· At least 7 years of Oracle Application developer experience
· Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS R11 and R12 application
environment
· Familiarity of Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, HR.
· Strong working knowledge of Oracle R12 AP, XLA.
· Minimum of 7 years strong PL/SQL development experience (creation
of packages, procedures, functions, database objects)
· Minimum of 5 years working on version 11i of Oracle Applications.
· Minimum of 5 years working with Oracle Developer (Forms & Reports)

· Minimum of 2 years working on Java and OA framework
· Familiarity with common Unix utilities
· Have Oracle performance tuning experience
· Have Oracle Application Server (iAS) experience
· Strong requirements definition, analysis, design and development
· Experience with change control and versioning
· Experience in relational database design and development
· Experience in relational database design and
development
Duration: 6 months +
