Responsible for coding, testing and analyzing application software.
Technology competencies could include: Java, HTML, CSS, ASP, .NET. These
resources work closely with business analysts and team members to provide IT
and business-specific knowledge and expertise, and create solutions that are
aligned with business' directives. Developers must have a strong knowledge
of system development, understanding of emerging technologies, and
familiarity with current processes/methodologies.
Help with design and coding to integrate the UMM Service into CareFirst
Direct /HIPAA Web Service HWS/Blue Exchange BX/and MOS. -
- Help with the redesign of the Patient Reconciliation services with Shared
Business Services
- Coordinate with the UMM team during integration
- Work with testing team
- Knowledge of software development best practices (RUP, XP, Agile)
- Experience with OOA&D
- Development with Use Cases
- Familiar with UML
- Experience with Design patterns
- Experience with Web Services, Spring and Hibernate
