Minimum two years of experience in knowledge transfer, transition of systems and mentoring 5. Minimum of two years of experience with 4th generation language development tools *Desirable Qualification Requirements* 1. Three or more years experience with the use of Hibernate. 2. Four or more years experience JAVA programming 3. Three or more years experience in EJB development and transaction management programming in a complex, large-scale environment involving the integration of J2EE applications with other environments, including legacy mainframe environments. 4. Two or more years experience with Web security protocol (preferably using LDAP and Netegrity SiteMinder). 5. Three or more years experience developing JSP/Servlets and in the use of STRUTS framework. 6. Three or more years experience with development and deployment on IBM Websphere application server platform. 7. Three or more years experience with demonstrated proficiency in the proper application of standard design patterns (J2EE, GoF) to solve complex business problems. 8.
