They will meet with business partners to review business requirements. They will meet with developers to gather and document the level of effort on SSCR’s and projects. They will work as part of the project team to deploy telephony SSCR and project requests. They will be asked to work some evening hours and occasional weekends as part of new technology deployments. They will perform various other analytical tasks as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned SSCR’s and Projects * Skills needed: *All BSA’s must have a proven track record of *telephony project experience*. Experience should include some combination of writing requirements for *PBX, IVR, Call recording, reporting, and telephony infrastructure change*s.
