Recommended to have at least 3 engagements experience with webMethods SDLC and end to end testing as Techno-functional consultant. Necessary Skills : * Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. * Should have working experience in all webMethods 7.1.2 components like developer, Integration Server, My WebMethods Server. * Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience. * Desired Skills * webMethods 7.1.2 certification strongly encouraged * Have strong understanding of the pharmaceutical field Service and related business processes * Aware of Database scripts. * Have Pharma domain experience and have worked with Sales Team as Functional Consultant or techno-functional consultant Roles & Responsibilities : * Providing support for System Integration testing and resolving issues. * Enhancement/Bug fixing on need basis. * Identify issues/alerts while testing and conduct root cause analysis and documenting the issue log in LiveLink * Coordinating with various application teams and end users.
