Experience with Documentum, especially in BPM/Workflow development using DFS is a big plus. The Sr. BPM Developer supports and assists teams in areas of Technical Design, Development, Deployment and Rollout of BPM based applications. Responsibilities will also include building and maintaining templates for documentation of the above areas and meeting all company standards. The candidate would conduct and participate in Design Reviews, Code Reviews, and Architecture reviews. *Major Duties and Responsibilities: -* Approximate Percentage of time Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities 40% Independently analyze, design, develop, and debug BPM solutions. 30% Build robust interfaces to aid seamless integration with various applications using .NET. 20% Conduct and participate in code reviews, design reviews, architecture reviews. Build and maintain technical documentation conforming to the company standards. 10% Assist in the estimation of the technical aspects of systems development projects of all levels of complexity. *Knowledge and Experience:* 1. Excellent hands-on development using .NET C# required. Some experience with J2EE technologies is a plus. 2. Excellent knowledge in design and development of Documentum BPM/Workflow applications. 3. Excellent Enterprise Application Integration expertise required using Service Oriented Architecture such as WCF Web Services/DFS etc. 4. Application knowledge of Oracle database. 5. Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. 6. Bachelors degree in Computer Science is preferred 7. Must be a team player and should independently manage tasks and coordination with onshore and offshore teams. *Major Challenges of the Position:* *Complexity:* The Sr. BPM Developer must continuously work to better understand the Integration requirements of several projects ongoing and future. Focus on integration using WCF technologies. *Freedom of Action:* The position requires that the individual exhibit strong initiative and resourcefulness seeking guidance when necessary, while delivering the desired business functionality on time.
