Job Description/Skills Required:

Technical Skills Required Basic (Minimum) Qualifications: 6+ years of
production support experience 3+ years implementing and supporting
SharePoint 2007 with knowledge of new SharePoint 2010 features

4+ years SQL Server, OLAP experience and competency T-SQL stored procedure
development, analysis, and troubleshooting, performance and tuning Knowledge
of Windows 2003 / 2008 server and IIS and .NET Knowledge of basic networking
and hardware (F5) loadbalancing

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
(or equivalent additional industry experience)



Functional Skills Required Preferred Qualifications: Experience with
performance tuning, failover technologies and strategies In-depth knowledge
of Microsoft technology and software including Windows, IIS, SQL, ASP/ASP
.NET, SharePoint 2007 / 2010

Implementation and support of a Content Management System SQL Administration
including performance tuning and data analysis Database implementation, DB
internals MCSE, MCDBA ,MCPITDBA or equivalent work experience/training Basic
networking and hardware loadbalancing experience MS in computer science,
information systems or engineering Experience working in a 24X7 environment
Knowledge of software lifecycle methodology and Microsoft Operations
Framework (MOF) A passion for customer support

Job Title: Administrator

Location: Connecticut (Danbury)

Duration: 6 Months



Primary Skill (Technical Skill): Desktop Support

Secondary Skill (optional): Windows Server / Network Support

Educational Qualifications: BE / Diploma

Experience Level: 6+ Years



Skills: Windows Server and LAN support experience is a must.

Good verbal communication;

ability to solicit and convey moderately complex information and make
recommendations, good problem solving skills,

ability to work well with diverse personalities.

Considerable experience supporting Servers, PCs and Handheld Devices.

1. MCSE Cert

2. A+ Hardware certification or equivalent.

3. 6 or more years total experience in supporting servers and network
technologies, software and user support especially relating to Microsoft
tools

4. Experience working with helpdesk ticketing system

5. Demonstrated time management skills of personal task list

6. Ability to set priorities and manage competing objectives

7. Troubleshoot network issues



Certifications: MCSE A+ Dell WPD Technician Client Environment: Windows
XP/2000 Key skills required: (in the order of priority) • Laptop & Desktop
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting • Outlook 2003/2007 and Lotus Notes •
Windows XP & Windows 2000 Professional OS • Microsoft Office 2003 Suite •
Windows Server Hardware and Software Support • Network Support • Ability to
provide support for LAN networking equipment and Windows based servers

Job Title: Specialist

Location: WA (Redmond)

Duration: 6 Months

Experience Level: 8-10 Years



Job Description/Skills Required:

Sound knowledge of Windows Server 2008 (L3)

Sound knowledge of IIS 7.0/6.0 (L3)

Sound Networking skills & Troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 would be a strong plus.

Experience with scripting concepts and techniques would be a strong plus
such as VBScript or PowerShell.

Supporting and managing servers in production, pre-production and
integration environments.

Providing application support for business critical applications,
troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

Working with engineering team to troubleshoot complex application issues,
participate in planning & deploying new application releases.

Installing Security patches to servers & performing password reset for
service accounts.

Renewing SSL certificate, website configuration and troubleshooting.

Work on project tasks such as building new servers, server migration,
upgrading to latest windows OS and upgrading IPAK level on servers, SQL
upgrade, IIS installation & configuration.

Troubleshooting basic network related issues and escalating to networking
team and working towards resolution.

Providing analysis and troubleshooting for Windows, IIS & network related
issues.

Working independently within established processes and procedures.

Communicating problem resolution and additional information to customer
groups, project team, and IT support groups.

Contribute towards knowledgebase improvement.

Use incident management tools such as UTS, MSE for Server Request (SR)
tracking of open, in-process, and closed issues.

Sensitive to SLAs/metrics and have clarity on responsibilities
