As a Senior SharePoint Business Analyst you will be responsible for working
with internal and external customers to gather and document business and
functional requirements. Define system configurations that meet the needs of
the user community.  The SharePoint Analyst is responsible for providing
technical guidance, solutions architecture, occasional project management
responsibilities, system support, and implementation of new technologies



Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to elicit gather and analyze
high-level business requirements and create/utilize high-level scope
definitions that include estimates for costs work efforts staffing profiles
and timelines



Support the team in the establishment and maintenance of the corporate
SharePoint environment. Create SharePoint sites and sub-sites, establish
user and group access, establish various collaboration components, and
addresses site access issues and other SharePoint-related troubleshooting
activities. Coordinate with other Site Administrators relative to corporate
SharePoint governance and structure.



SharePoint Projects, implementations and adherence to existing procedures /
best practices for maintaining a robust, highly available SharePoint
environment. Working with architecture, application development and other
infrastructure teams to help achieve a state-of-the-art environment that
meets current and future business objectives.



Experience designing, developing, integrating, and implementing related
application components, including front-end implementation, server-side
implementation, and database integration.



Evaluates new functionality tools modules version releases and third-party
applications and makes recommendation to management regarding their
applicability and fitness into the overall enterprise system



SharePoint analysis design build: workflows sites web parts etc.



Elicit detailed business requirements using a variety of techniques to
include interviews document analysis requirements workshops business process
workflows prototypes storyboards use case scenarios and ITIL Service Design



Critically evaluate business requirements decompose high-level information
into functional requirements validate that requirements are based upon
business needs rather than user preferences reconcile conflicts and then
document the functional requirements



Serves as the conduit between customers and the software developers
collaborates with customers and software developers to define a to-be
process that is usable well architected and fit for purpose
