Title: Business Analyst (Technical Writing) Location: Palo Alto, CA Duration: 3 Months Job Description: • SharePoint experience to set up a Knowledge Transfer area if this was not provided. • Process Writing – how to write documents that relate to technologists as well as how to process the documentation • ITIL skills • Work with Operations, Management Point of Contact “POC” for Data, Telecom and Application Support • Work with PI team members regarding common tasks and projects • Cross train in Data, Telecom, Applications Services and Quality • Participate on project as a training consultant for Data, Telecom and Application Support • Prioritize issues/concerns to manage workflow effectively • Take responsibility for issues/problems that may impact team deliverables • Utilize the team database • Use the expertise of each trainers to bring the other trainers to a level of competency where all trainers Would be comfortable to train in any subject: Data / Telecom / AS • Promote the current Training processes and procedures and find ways of improving the processes and Procedures • Act as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for Data, Telecom and Application Support Technologists and Management Primary Skill: Identify, analyze and improve external and internal existing IT processes Yrs of Experience: 5- Years Additional Requirements: SharePoint experience to set up a Knowledge Transfer area if this was not provided.
