Point Contact for the clients and responsible for working with offshore delivery team on a day to day basis . Trouble shoot application issues and provide the emergency fixes /minor bug fixes required for Business continuity. . Monitor and report health of the application. . Analyze the application log daily and report if there are any issues as pro-active monitoring . Responsible for delivering the minor enhancements. Converts the enhancement requirement to source code through the following phases :- User Story Analysis & Estimation, Design , Construction and Unit Testing. . Should be proficient in C# and asp.NET . Experience in any one or all of the technologies like Sharepoint, Java script, AJAX, HTML, RSA, CSS, Page builder, Endeca, would be an added advantage . Prior functional experience in eCommerce . Strong analytical and problem solving skills . Ability to work independently . Good communication skills .
