Title : BA with Child Support Enforcement experience.
Location : Lincoln, ME
Duration : 12 Months
Duties:
Under general direction gather, define and document highly complex business
requirements. Facilitate meeting discussions between business users,
business analysts and technical analysts. Document policies and procedures
in the context of system requirements. Work with technical staff and
business users to problem-solve and identify workable solutions. Develop
workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements.
Prioritize the individual work load that involves multiple project
assignments and deadlines. Create and execute test cases, test scripts,
data sets and user procedures. Ensure testing results correspond to the
business users’ expectations. Work with team leads, technical staff and key
users to identify, track and manage project issues as they arise. Answer
questions and inquiries about system functionality. Provide user support
including training, help and instructions.
Required :
- Bachelors degree or four (4) years experience as analyst doing
business process re-engineering.
- Five (5) years experience in Health and Human Services, with emphasis
on Child Support Enforcement or with private organization supporting the
establishment or enforcement of child support obligations.
- Five (5) years experience working with business clients to gather
business requirements for implementation into a computer application.
- One (1) year experience in system development working with detailed
work processes, problem solving, writing business requirements and user
procedures. Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity and
Microsoft Office and similar products.
- Preferred five (5) years experience working independently within
structure procedures, developing and writing test scripts, test cases or
- five (5) years experience in operational role with social services
agency providing Economic Assistance.
