Enhance the existing application and platform. Identify challenges/changes impacting trade execution workflow. Act as client liaison and team lead when if necessary. *Requirements:* Must have knowledge of and experience with the post-trade execution lifecycle. Investment Operations / Project Management experience. Must understand Equities, Fixed income, derivatives (exchange traded, OTC), Repos/Treasury Assets, FX and other standard instruments. Experience with Broker Matching Utilities (Omgeo Oasys, CTM or Misys CMS) and enterprise data management tools (Cadis). Familiarity with Swift Message formats and standards, in addition to data mapping. Familiarity with Order Management System data models and interfaces (Bloomberg POMS; Charles River, BRS Aladdin, Thinkfolio, Latent Zero, Sapphire, EzCastle, Sophis). Have ability to identify bottlenecks/constraints in different stages of trade life-cycle or restrictions imposed by application functionalities. Have understanding of process flows in relation to the client on-boarding life-cycle. Ability to prepare functional specifications, process diagrams, and system flow charts. Interfacing with Business Partners and Technical teams. Preparation of BRD and documenting use cases. Involvement in UAT and regression test cycles. Experience with interpretation of client requirements, in addition to understanding wider industry developments an advantage.
